Open the in-game Shop and tap Restore Purchases at the top of the screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they carry over to any device you sign in on, at no extra cost.
Each match costs 5 Energy out of a maximum of 20. Energy refills automatically at a rate of one point every 30 minutes, whether or not the game is open. You can also watch a rewarded video for +5 Energy, up to five times per day, or buy an Energy refill in the Shop. If your Energy is already full, the game will tell you rather than let you waste an ad or a purchase.
Three heroes — Sun Wukong, Nezha, and Erlang Shen — rotate on a daily cycle, and the free rotation is the same for every player worldwide on a given calendar day. The hero cards on the home screen show which hero is free today, tomorrow, and the day after. The Trio Forever Pass unlocks all three permanently. The God of Money is a separate hero and is sold on his own; he is not included in the Trio Forever Pass.
Win the daily conquest in order — Dragon Palace, then Underworld, then Heavenly Court, then Kunlun. Clearing all four unlocks Endless mode for the day, and after that your Versus matches use randomly chosen maps.
Progress, unlocked heroes, and statistics are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us. Deleting the app erases them. Your purchases are held by Apple, not by us, so those can always be recovered on a new device with Restore Purchases. Leaderboard scores live in Apple's Game Center and follow your Apple Account.
Ranking requires that you are signed in to Game Center. Open the iOS Settings app, go to Game Center, and confirm you are signed in. Win-rate leaderboards only accept a score once you have played at least five matches with that hero, which keeps a single lucky win from topping the chart.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. If Apple declines and you believe something went wrong on our side, email us and we will look into it.
Ads in this game are never forced. The only ad is a rewarded video you choose to watch in exchange for Energy — if you never tap it, you will never see an ad.
The game ships in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Russian. It follows the language you choose in the game's settings.
